自作圧力釜で飯ごう炊さんを究める

やっぱりキャンプでは飯ごう炊さんが欠かせない。釧路の佐藤直行さんはその道を究めるべく、配管用のステンレス材を使って、圧力釜タイプの飯ごうを開発した。ヘビーデューティでありながら美しい。男の道具って感じがしますね。炊飯するときは、5分程度加熱したあと、10分ほど余熱調理をすればいいらしい。写真から判断するにおいしそう。もともとは、米を水に漬けておくのを忘れてもすぐにおいしく炊けるよう、この飯ごうを開発したらしいのですが、完璧な炊きあがりを求めるならば30分程度は漬けておいたほうがいいそうです。
